Licensed Mental Health Counselor,
Licensed Professional Counselor
I am deeply passionate about serving others through my work as a licensed clinician. My ability to deconstruct complex situations to identify and heal root issues has been invaluable in this role.
Over the course of 19 years, I have gained extensive clinical experience in a variety of settings, including state-level policy work, community and in-home interventions, community resource provision, inpatient care, therapeutic retreats, and outpatient therapy.
My primary focus is to empower individuals and couples through effective therapy, resulting in significant shifts in their internal and external environments. By utilizing a compassionate, empathetic, and humorous approach, I help identify how past experiences shape current patterns of behavior and thought and work towards healing those core beliefs and experiences. I take a strengths-based approach and also provide insight into systems that impact our lives, such as childhood, community, and current social support, to help clients live their best lives while acknowledging and validating their emotions and experiences.
